White Bean Dip

Servings:11⁄2 Cups

1 Can Cannelloni Beans

(or Other White Beans) Rinsed and Drained

1⁄4 Cup Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary 1 Clove Garlic, Minced

Sea Salt to Taste

Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

Puree all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
