Your attitude, values and beliefs dictate not only your mental function but also change your physiology and ultimately whether you express health or disease. If you are not aware of how health and healing work, how can you possibly expect to be healthy?


Your brain controls every cell in your body by way of sending electrically charged messages through your spinal nerves. Your nervous system is responsible for co-ordinating and controlling everything you do whether it is conscious or unconscious. Restoring and maintaining proper function of the nervous system through spinal correction is key.

The right kind of exercise is essential to programming your cells for health. High intensity and short duration exercise from 6 to 20 mins in duration 3-4 times per week. Exercise increases the utilization of oxygen, improves mood, decreases weight, balances hormones, detoxifies and more.
