Welcome to Wellness Power Smoothie

Updated: Dec 30, 2019

1 1/2 cups organic unsweetened coconut milk (or almond or cashew milk) Silk Brand (non GMO) and So Delicious (organic) are easily available at grocery stores 1/4 cup frozen (or fresh) organic blueberries (2.5 g of sugar in 1/4 cup blueberries) 1 scoop of Max Living Greens 1 scoop of MaxLiving Protein (chocolate or vanilla) - whey or pea available

The picture above is made with strawberries.  Some of our smoothies are a bit 'greener' (Dr. Phil likes to substitute the blueberries with avocado and/or spinach).  Some of ours are a bit browny/purple (the greens and blueberries give it this colour).  You may also add flax and chia to your smoothie.  Just remember, like Dr. Phil mentioned, mix your fruit first and at the very end add your protein powder/greens.  Just mix until blended (better yet, stir in the powders at the end).

Please note this is a complete meal replacement made with organic whole foods.  No genetically modified plants or chemicals.   One drink contains more vitamins and minerals than most people consume in a day!
