Servings: Enough for 1 Pound of Meat
Making your own seasonings is very easy and so much healthier than the kind you buy in a package. Why Most store bought seasonings are loaded with salt, artificial ingredients, and dangerous additives!
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
2 Tablespoon Flour, Optional 1⁄2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Teaspoon Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag and shake until completely mixed. Add to browned ground beef along with 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup water and cook until reduced to desired consistency.
TIP: When making taco filling, add 1⁄2 cup salsa to the pan while heating.
