Herbed Butters

Servings: 4

These butters kick up the flavor and make for a beautiful accompaniment to your meal. Try different flavour combinations.

4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs or 1⁄2 Tablespoon Dried Herbs Mixture of Herbs: (your choice) Parsley, Sage, Chives,

Basil, Thyme, Tarragon, Rosemary, Garlic, Sun Dried Tomatoes. Salt, Pepper

Let butter soften and then blend together with selected herbs and spices.
