You don’t have to give up delicious treats and desserts. You are just eating healthier versions of them.

4 Cups Organic Full Fat Yogurt Stevia to Taste

Optional Add Ins:

Fresh Whole or Pureed Berries Coconut Milk

Shredded Coconut Raw Nuts, Chopped

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Cocoa Nibs

Mix the ingredients in an ice-cream maker until the desired consistency is reached.
