Everything But The Kitchen Sink Smoothie


The sky is the limit when it comes to smoothie additives. Just make sure they are low in sugar! We love the sweet and savoury flavouring of this one.

  • 1/2 cup plain organic greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 large cucumber peeled

  • 1 stock celery

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 1 bunch (handful) spinach

  • 1 bunch (handful) kale

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 4 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 scoop ML Protein Powder
