This is SO easy and healthy. If you are in a rush, use only the first three ingredients. You can alter it to your liking with additional spices.
1 Avocado, Mashed
2-3 Teaspoons Salsa Sea Salt to Taste
Optional: Chili Powder Onion Powder
Garlic, Chopped or Pressed
Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and use a spoon to scoop out the middle. Smash avocado with a fork, add salsa, and stir. Enjoy immediately. If you make ahead add some lemon juice to keep it from browning.
TIP: To cut an avocado, first cut all the way around it lengthwise with a knife and separate. Lightly tap the knife into the pit inside and twist. The pit will pop right out. You can then use a spoon to scoop the avocado out or slice it right in the skin and then turn inside out to remove.
