Chinese Cabbage Salad


Servings: 4-6

This is easy and very good for you. Cabbage is nature’s broom and has numerous health benefits.

1 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Grated

1 Small Napa Cabbage, Cut Into Thin Slices

1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Cut Into Thin Strips 2 Tablespoons Dark Sesame Oil

2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds, Toasted Cooked Chicken (optional)

In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons soy sauce or tamari, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix cabbage, bell pepper, add chicken, drizzle with soy sauce or tamari mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
