Ingredients
For the chocolate chip cookies:
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Protein Vanilla
1/3 cup stevia
1 large free range egg
3 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips, mini
For the brownie cookies:
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Protein Chocolate
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup stevia
1 large free range egg
1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips, mini
liquid stevia, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix all of the chocolate chip cookie ingredients in a bowl until your consistency is like cookie dough. If it is too thick, you may need to add a few drops of water. In a different bowl, mix all of the brownie cookie ingredients in a bowl, except for the chocolate chips, until your consistency is like cookie dough.Spoon out 1 tablespoon of each dough into your palms and roll into a ball, swirling the flavors together. Flatten between your palms and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the brownie side with chocolate chips.Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
