2 cups cooked turkey sliced in small pieces
1/2 cup carrots diced
2 cups celery diced
1/4 cup whole scallions minced
1/2 apple chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup canned pimiento chopped
1/2 cup almonds chopped
1/4 cup cheese of your choice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in one bowl and spread in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle the almonds and cheese on top.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
