Turkey Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cooked turkey sliced in small pieces

  • 1/2 cup carrots diced

  • 2 cups celery diced

  • 1/4 cup whole scallions minced

  • 1/2 apple chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup canned pimiento chopped

  • 1/2 cup almonds chopped

  • 1/4 cup cheese of your choice


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • Combine the first 7 ingredients in one bowl and spread in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

  • Sprinkle the almonds and cheese on top.

  • Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
