Delicate Brussels Sprouts Saute

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts chopped or halved

  • ½ vidalia onion shredded or finely chopped

  • ⅙ tsp dried oregano

  • ⅙ tsp dried thyme

  • ⅙ tsp dried sage

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (or butter if not vegan)

  • Sea salt (to taste)

  • Pepper (to taste)


  • Heat the oil/butter in a non-toxic pan.

  • Add onions and cook 1-2 minutes.

  • Add Brussels sprouts and spices and saute until crisp-tender (cut in ½ to check).

  • Serve and add salt/pepper to taste.
