With only four ingredients, this healthy chicken sausage provides protein with a sauerkraut topping for that traditional taste. Easy to make and enjoyed by the whole family.
1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
1 lb organic sauerkraut (brine based, not vinegar based)
4-5 diced dill pickles
2 tbsp dijon mustard
Cook the sausage until complete. Heat the sauerkraut until hot. Place all toppings on top of the sausage. Enjoy!
