Salmon Veracruz satisfies everyone’s pallet with delicious Alaskan-waters fish, salsa for those who love sweet, and capers for those who prefer a more savory meal.
Ingredients
1 lb wild caught Alaskan salmon
2 cups salsa (homemade or check ingredients)
1 tbsp capers
¼ cup green or black olives
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put salmon in a baking dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over salmon. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
