Your first chiropractic visit
Your first visit is designed to assess whether or not we will be able to
help you. Taking a thorough history is the beginning part of this process.
In order to ensure we obtain an adequate health history, we ask that you
fill out the initial consultation forms (found
here), and bring them in with you on your first visit. Next, Dr. Smith
or Dr. Taylor will meet with you to discuss your present situation, history
and perform an examination. The examination will consist of a chiropractic
analysis, neurological exam including a thermal
scan, strength testing, flexibility and other procedures deemed
necessary by the doctor. We encourage you to ask questions and be active in
learning about how chiropractic can help you and your family. |
