Harmony Reilly-Malanka, RMT
Harmony has worked as the onsite Massage Therapist at
Welcome to Wellness since 2001. She specializes in
sports injury massage, relaxation treatments, motor
vehicle accidents, lymphatic drainage massage and La
Stone Therapy. La Stone Therapy is an incredibly
relaxing experience. Hot and cold stones are used on the
body to reduce tension and inflammation in the muscles.
The heated stones are also incorporated into the massage
strokes. This allows for deep work to remove muscle
tension as well as increased circulation to any problem
areas. The best way to ensure a healthy body in the
future is to take care of it today. Unlike a car, you
can't trade your body in for a newer model when it
starts to break down. A massage acts like a tune up for
the body – it keeps things in good working order so that
injuries are less likely to occur, and old injuries
become less bothersome.
Harmony offers 30, 45, and 60 minute massages. Gift
certificates are available and receipts are provided.
She accepts payment by cash or cheque only.
LET MASSAGE THERAPY BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART OF YOUR
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
